Mobile Windshield Repair Technician
Meet Chip Pro
At Chip Pro Autoglass, we’re a small team on a mission to do one thing better than anyone else in Utah: save windshields that other shops won’t touch.
There are thousands of drivers across Utah County, Wasatch County and Salt Lake County who get told their windshield needs a full replacement when a proper repair would do the job.
In 18 months:
- 2,500+ windshields saved from unnecessary replacement
- $600,000+ in replacement costs avoided for Utah drivers
- Helped hundreds of customers preserve their original factory seal (something most shops never mention)
We’ve built that track record by hiring people who care about quality, being honest with customers even when it costs us, and doing the work right the first time.
We believe in high standards, autonomy, and promoting people who earn it. If that resonates, you’ll like it here.
Team Vision
We are building a field operation, not a revolving door.
We’re looking for technicians who come in, learn the craft, and grow with us. We promote from within. We’re adding vehicles and routes, and the people running those vehicles will come from inside this team.
Experience in auto glass is great, but you don’t need any. You need to be the kind of person who takes ownership, is reliable, and cares about doing the job right.
